    [post_content] => The Rotary Learners Drivers Log Book Run is a joint venture between Goulburn Mulwaree Council, Rotary Club of Goulburn and Transport for NSW and is supported by The Hume Police District, Divalls Earthmoving and Tyre Team.

The Run provides Learner Drivers with a range of education, driving experiences and exposure to varied conditions including:-
Random Breath Test
Roundabouts
Highway Driving
Rural Roads
Varying Speed Limits
Traffic Lights
Narrow bridges
Hill Start
Three Point Turn 
Parking
Varied Road Signage
Heavy Vehicle Education and Awareness
Basic Car Maintenance Tips

The run concludes at the NSW Police Driver Training with a display of defensive driving and education by Police Driver Training Instructors.

A free BBQ lunch is provided by Rotary Club of Goulburn Volunteers.
